How our projects, the 50/50 payments and the Website Care Plan work, written without the legal maze.

Versa Digital designs, builds and maintains websites for local service businesses, along with related work such as booking setup, AI chat, hosting, domains and Google Business Profile setup. The exact scope of your project is whatever we agree in writing before work begins.
A website is $1,000, always billed as two equal payments of $500. The first 50% is due before work begins, and the remaining 50% is due before the website goes live. With the $100/month Website Care Plan the website price is $900, billed as two payments of $450. Work does not begin until the initial payment has been received.
The $100 per month Website Care Plan covers the 24/7 AI chatbot, website updates, hosting, ongoing maintenance, security monitoring, performance optimization and technical support. It is a 12 month commitment that begins the day your site goes live, and it renews month to month after that first year unless you tell us otherwise. Larger redesigns or new features are quoted separately. The 10% bundle discount on the website price applies while the plan is active.
The Care Plan runs for a minimum term of 12 months from your launch date. During that first year the plan cannot be cancelled and the remaining monthly payments for the term stay due. After the 12 month term you may cancel with 30 days written notice and the plan stops at the end of the current billing period. If the plan ends early for any reason, the 10% bundle discount no longer applies and the remaining $100 difference on the website price becomes due immediately. Payments already made toward completed work are non refundable.
Most standard five page builds are delivered within one business day once we have everything we need from you, including text, images, logos and access to any accounts. Delays in receiving content will move the delivery date.
Your build includes a round of revisions before launch to get the details right. Requests that change the agreed scope, such as extra pages or new features, are quoted before we start them.
Ownership and transfer of the completed website, including source files and login credentials, occur after the final payment has been made. Any third party tools, fonts, plugins or stock assets remain under their own licences. We may show your site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
You confirm that any content, images and logos you send us are yours to use, and that the information you give us about your business is accurate.
We work hard to keep your site fast and online, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or specific business results such as rankings, leads or revenue. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the work in question.
