When you fill in a form, book a call or email us, we collect the details you choose to give us, usually your name, business name, email address, phone number and a description of the work you need. Our website also records basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited so we can keep the site running well.
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare your free demo, deliver the work you hire us for, send invoices and provide ongoing support. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone outside the tools we need to run the business.
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate, including scheduling software for consultations, payment processing for deposits and subscriptions, and hosting and email providers. These companies only receive the information they need to perform their service.
Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers. We only see the amount paid, the date, and the name attached to the payment.
We may use cookies and basic analytics to understand which pages people visit so we can improve the site. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site.
We keep project and billing records for as long as we need them to support your website and meet our record keeping obligations. Enquiries that do not turn into projects are removed once they are no longer useful.
