- I understand I am receiving a 10% discount on my website, reducing the price from $1,000 to $900, because I am enrolling in the $100/month Website Care Plan.
- I understand the discounted website price is paid in two equal payments of $450, and that work does not begin until the first payment has been received.
- I agree to maintain this subscription for a minimum of twelve (12) consecutive months.

- If I cancel the Hosting & Maintenance Plan before completing the required 12 month term, I understand the promotional website discount no longer applies. I agree to pay the remaining discounted website balance (the buyout amount) before cancellation becomes effective.
- I understand that my website, source files, login credentials, and ownership will not be transferred until all outstanding balances have been paid.
